I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was excellent. The location was perfect, with easy access to the main amphitheater and the beautiful beach area. The restaurant had great seating options and the breakfast was delicious.

I had the best time staying at this hotel! The grounds were absolutely beautiful, with well-maintained landscapes and lush greenery. It didn't feel crowded at all, and I loved having plenty of space to myself. The food was fantastic, especially at the residence location. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, making me feel special from the moment I arrived. The swim-out pool was a great feature, and the water park provided endless fun for both me and the kids. the hotel had a peaceful atmosphere and offered a wide range of sports activities, with a fantastic selection of food and drinks available.

Wow, what a fantastic hotel! The private transfer from the airport and the warm welcome made us feel like VIPs. Our villa had a private pool and was serviced daily with fresh towels and restocked fridge. Access to the indoor and outdoor pools, aqua park, spa, fitness center, and multiple restaurants made us feel like we had entered a paradise. The staff was polite and helpful, and the food was of good quality with a variety of a la carte and buffet options. The excursions to nearby attractions were also top-notch!

Honestly, we could hardly find any faults with this place. Maybe the only downside was the requirement of using taxis to explore other areas, but it wasn't a big deal since they were readily available and quick to arrive.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the entertainment. Although there is a night club and live entertainment available, the entertainment team didn't come around to inform us of any games or shows happening.
